Tien S Tech VS Intrax

Which one would be better to go with? And does anybody know where the cheapest place to get either set? Any feedback on whether which one is better is greatly appreciate it. I'm leaning towards the intrax springs but they cost around 211 whereas the Tiens cost 145. Oh yeah also if anyone knows where I can get Tokico shocks for less then 350 I would appreciate that too. And yes I have searched, but I want to know if they are cheaper prices than the ones I've listed.

P.S. This is for a 2000 V6 Solara
