Solaras 99-03 have the exact same suspension.

Struts

Kyb Gr2
Tokico Blues
Trd (Blistein) (discontinued i think)

Springs

Trd(Eibach)
Tein S-tech
Vogtland
Intrax
Spints
B&M

Coilover damper systems

Tein SS
JIC FTA1
JIC SF-1
JIC FTA2
B&M S3
K-sport
D2

What not to get for solaras is the Ground Control Coilovers, its just the sleeve and sucks very much.

Know where I can get tokico struts cheaper than 350 shipped by any chance?

Well theres ebay. I just saw 1 for $359 shipped and one for $354 shipped. Tokico's are generally about $300-350 w/o shipping. Some might have got theirs for less.

I have Trd Springs ( $180 shipped from ebay) and Kyb Gr-2 shipped for $271 from www.coximport.com

The best spring/strut drop IMO is Tein S-tech with Tokico Blues. Tein S-tech springs drops about 1" lower in front then does the TRD (eibach) springs. So it looks better with the car is even. Because on my car theres about a 3 finger gap in front and a 1 finger gap in the rear(no sound system too).

good luck

You should try the Solara forum right now. A few of the members are getting rid of there upgrades and going back to either stock or another setup.

www.solaraguy.org

Or you can give this place a try.....ask for RJ, I got a lot of parts from him at good prices.
