Transmission and Transaxle Fluid for 01 SLE convertible?

I'm trying to change the transaxle fluid but can only find drain hole. I cannot find fill hole. Is it true that transaxle fluid in 2001 solara v6 is same as transmission fluid and that both are filled from same place? Thanks.

There is a separate fill hole for the transaxle. It is further up on the transaxle. Both the transmission and the transaxle use the same type fluid, but you need a pump or syringe to get it in the hole.

In my 2001 SLE V6 there is a transmission dip stick to the left of the Cruise Control Unit by the battery. . . You can fill it through that hole
