2006 Solara rims

Hi,

My friend is offering to sell me his 2006 OEM 17in solara rims for $600 with tires. Has about 50 miles on them since he took them off right away and put custom rims on. Is this a fair price? I'm planning on using them for my 1996 toyota avalon. Does anyone know if these will fit my car? And if it will fit, will they fit with my original lugnuts or will i need the original lug nuts from the solara? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

^ yup...you'll find them much cheaper on ebay or similar bidding sites. They might have a bit more then 50mi's on them but I'm gonna guess you'd sacrifice a few thousand miles for 2/3rd the price.

600 for "OEM" rims+tires is not a bad price considering that they are almost 'new'!!
If others are stayting there are other cheaper deals on ebay, keep in mind...those maynot include tires and or other small stuff like center caps and you won't deal with shipping! IMO, its a good deal...

I feel the same way.

Shoot, tires alone, GOOD ones run a set of (4) maybe $440 u.s. dollars.

and besides, u never know what happened to those 17's on Ebay. Maybe they knock offs of the oem. Like those IS300 rims I see all the time...

I would rather spend $400 with "newer" rims and 60% tread then $600+ for brand new...he's on a budget and this is not "budget-like" thinking
