ok im thinking of getting the corolla Sport 2005

whats the best way for me to go about buying it

im thinking of giving about 10000 down as a payment plan then go on a 60 month payment plan of about $360 a month
5.3 % interest
is that good

what should i do to negoitate a better price on my toyota? any suggestions?
