Gimme a break, it's a stocker

1st run by meyself since no one else was in the other lane
2nd run dusted a cavalier with all types of ricer shiz on it
3rd run got too excited and red lighted.. would've won if I did'nt. Was an altima or something.. i dont remember..

I have vids of the last 2 races.. will get them uploaded soon.
O yea.. if you wondering why I slowed down so much the last 2 times, It's because my G/F refused to wait in the stands again

I could've broke into high 15's but I left my seats and my heavy ass subs in the trunk..

EDIT: I just made the video, it's only about 5MB but i'm not sure if I wanna show it. I'm camera shy, i now realize I was acting a f**kin fool

. Your all gonna laugh at me.. but keep in mind this was my first time ever being to a track >.>

Nice times for a stock 1MZ. Practice a bit with launching and everything and I'm sure you could even take those times down lower (especially if you remove your sub, seats, spare and jack)

O yea, I forgot about the Spare, jack, tons of CDs.

I should of just run butt naked to save a few ounces.. everything in the name of a good 1/4!

Thanks, I was lookin at other peoples run and was wondering.. HTF do you get 3 and 4 and even up to 10 sec R/Ts??

The last one with me red lighting ws kinda fluke... I just got entirely too excited..

if u got a turbo peolpe usally wait till there revs get up.and if u are like me i sumtimes wait till i powerbrake it to the right rpm......fyi reaction times have nothing to do with 1/4mile times

Very nice! Come check us out this April 9-10. We'll have 3 powerful street Solaras running that weekend from Arrieta Motorsport. Hope to see you then and keep in touch.

Yes at MIR. We have one Solara that will be running with upgraded motor and s/c and NOS. Another which is mine with upgraded motor and s/c hoping to hit the 12s. (13.38 is my best so far) A silver Solara with upgraded motor going to also enter in the show. Hope to see you there too.

That would be great if you could post about this upcoming NOPI races April 9-10 @ MIR. My friend JoeB posts a lot on this forum too. He's one of the other street car Solaras that will be running at the track.

Thanks Rizal, I hope we can get a good crowd at MIR. I'm really working hard to get the car ready, so much to do still. I've finished the 1,000 miles and closed loop tuning. After my oil change to synthetic, I'll start open loop tuning and then start working on the N20. I'm really looking forward to it! Hopefully get to meet a lot of new people too. -JoeB

Hey man...good times for a stocker...I especially like your 60' times if you're on stock street tires..2.4 is not too shabby at all....good runs
