OK, im fairly new to repairs but have mechanical ability however I still need assistance. I drove through a small (about 18 inches)flood and killed my Toy. In need of some tune up work I replaced the battery, starter, coil but no luck when turning it over, just click! theres voltage going to the starter but im lost at what to troubleshoot from here.

Take the spark plugs out and spin the starter while they are out, all of them! Consider yourself very lucky if you didn't do permanent damage.
