I have a 1988 gts corolla ae92. I have a redtop (if I have read everything right) but it has always had a small engine knock and as I have put miles on it and abused it its starting to develop another slightly louder noise. I still have not decided what to do but am still looking. anyway I really like the car other than the noises it has never died on me once and is fun to drive. nice to find a forumn with this much info
