I am an owner of a 1995 Toyota Tercel. It has about 87,000 miles. My purpose is to keep this car running smoothly. Currently, I have experienced a 'check engine' light which I am told is a cat converter problem that can cost me approx. $900. I have never had a check engine problem in any car previously, so this is new one. Over the last three days, I noticed antifreeze spots on my garage floor. These spots are not big ones and my car does not run hot. It just takes longer to heat up. So, I would appreciate any responses to these two issues.
