I have a problem with the brakes binding when driving it down at sea level. Once you climb above sea level the problem disappears. Feels like you are trying to pull away with the parking brake applied. You need to hook your foot behind the brake pedal and pull it back for brakes to disengage. Anyone experience this and is their a solution? Would appreciate some help. It has the Toyota technical people baffled.
