Hello! New kid on the block. Just started selling toyota's in Durham, NC. Haven't sold cars since 1980. Was with toyota then too.
Things have changed. Models, demographics, prices. Big thing I noticed is that in the 70's, Toyota was not the best at anything. Not the fastest, most comfortable, fuel efficient, less expensive etc. It was just a good all around quality built car that offered NO SURPRISES!
Now I'm selling a car that has many "best in class" awards, superior styling, performance and even luxury!
I need HELP!!! I need to know your hot buttons! Why did you buy? Are you surprised about anything? What do you consider your car's most endearing quality? What was your weakness when you bought? What sealed the deal? Made you want to buy on that day? What would induce you to buy again?
I want to sell the best, be the best and own the best. Any help you could give would be appreciated! THANK YOU!
