Noob to forum

Hey everyone, I'm new to your forum but not new to Toyota's. I'm picking up a new '06 Camry LE w/V6 tomorrow hopefully. I got a good deal this weekend and it's supposed to arrive to the dealer by Monday. I had a 92 Camry SE 5 years ago, a 89 4X4 pick-up before that and a 86 4-Runner before that. I'm a DIY'er as much as I can but I have found that Toy's can be a PITA to work on sometimes. I still have all the printed manuals from my earlier Toy's and will probably be looking for a set for my '06. I'm hoping I made a good choice buying this car as I had some unhappy experiences with the '92 Camry. I chose the '06 Camry over the '07 not for the price but because I honestly liked the 06 better. I drove the newest generation Camry and I'm sorry to say I was not as impressed as I was with the 06. The '07 I drove only had a 4 cyl but I also test drove an '06 4 cylinder to compare apples to apples. I didn't drive a V6 version of either model since the dealer I went to had neither. I am aware the '07 V6 has lots more power than the '06 but I just didn't like the '07 overall. The '06 just felt right when I drove it. Hey it's only my opinion but isn't a forum where everyone comes to share their opinions?
I'm glad there's a forum out there for Toy's now as there weren't any I knew of whan I had my last Toy.
I hope to make many aquaintences with fellow forum members out there.

Well I ended up giving back the Camry I had waited for. The car had some damage covered up by respraying the driver's side fender and front door. The dealer took it back with out too much trouble. Now we don't have a Toyota anymore and it looks like there aren't any more 06 Camry's out there the way we'd want one. We don't like the '07s but that's just our opinion.
Hopefully we'll buy some other Toyota model.
