Proud new parent of an FJ cruiser

Hey everyone...I am the proud new parent of a voodoo blue Fj cruiser...I LOVE it...I have had it for a week now and I can't wait to get in it and drive!! My husband and I were looking for an old diesel LandCruiser and thought we would check in with our local dealer..thinking he could point us in the right direction. We drove in...saw the Fj...and fell in love. The salesman told us that it was sold!! Damn...and it would be November before we may have a chance of getting one, apparantly they were alloted 20 this year. He told us to put a deposit down and let him know our top 3 color choices, as he could'nt even guarantee that we could have the colour we wanted....My husband really wanted to test drive the one on the lot..it was the only one..but the salesman was reluctant as the unit was ordered by someone who had a deposit down on it. The client who had ordered this particular unit was awaiting approval from Toyota finance, so the salesman did let us take it for a short burn..SWEET...anywoo...back from the test drive the salesman checked in with the finace company and the poor bugger that had ordered it had been declined...YEAHHH!!!...long story short..it was ours within 5 minutes...during those 5 minutes the salesman had 2 phone calls about MY fj, people wanting to buy it...so then I went out and licked the hood....I love it, I love it ,I love it!!! I know it's not for everyone..the styling...but I am a true fan of the old Fj40's and this new take on that just makes my day!!...I have found that people either LOVE it [like me] or hate it. No matter...it's a Toyota.....I have 200000km warranty, what do you get on an h3 60000???? HMMMM there is quality. TOYOTA ROCKS!!! I LOVE IT

Wow, you guys are lucky. I still haven't seen one on the road, or at our toyota dealer.

Hey fjchick... hows it going? the above satement caught my eye... 200,000 km warranty how does that work I know that and extaended is I thik up to 100,000 kms only..
