i'm new to this whole thing...

new to the forum, new to owning a tacoma (new to owning a truck for that matter).

so i'm trying to learn everything i can, looking at accessories, toppers, etc.

i'm in charleston, sc until i graduate in three weeks, then it's back home to florida for a month, and out to oklahoma for about a year and a half til the air force decides where they want to send me next.

just got an '06 tacoma xtra cab 4x4 with the V6 and 6spd, off-road and towing packages.

i'll be doing a lot of moving here and i love the outdoors so i figured the tacoma ought to do the trick.

if you're in the area (or any of the three i mentioned) and have been at this longer than i have and have some advice to pass along, i'm glad to hear it.

right now i'm interested in anything you can tell me about toppers, bed extender, seat covers, security, all-weather mats, tube steps, navigation as those are the things i'm considering adding to my truck. no idea when i'll be able to afford any of them, but i'm lookin for info right now. lemme know if you know good places to find them. thanks.
