Hello,
running on my 3rd Yota and have posted some stuff about it. I also am looking at getting a newer one someday, Does anyone know about when the TRD off roads came out and what would be a good year to start looking for in these trucks? And general specs such as best drive train combe for fuel economy and off road ability. These little trucks rock, my current one has 210,000 on it and is ready for some more run time after I sort out the tranny and clutch issues.

Pretty sure the TRD package came in 1997 when they introduced the rear locker (standard on the TRD package until 2004). In 05 they split the TRD package into the sport (hood scoop) and Off-Road (Locker). They are all nice trucks--I love my 04. Welcome.
