Hello all,
Once again I'm a nOOb on the forums. My latest is a 1991 Camry I just picked up today. After spending over $600/mo. for gas in my Dodge Ram, I decided to get something cheap and economical for my daily-driver. This Camry has only 42k original miles on it. It was garage kept, and other than a few very minor dings, it looks and drives like a new car. I love it!
I work for TEMA (Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing North America). I started for them about 5 months ago, and am loving it. I'm contract now, and hope to hire in some day soon. I'm a SEIBI Technician (a Japaneese word meaning "To Prepare"). I live in Georgetown, KY and work mostly out of the NA Lab in Earlanger, KY just south of Cincinatti. I do CAROTT work, which is Computer Aided Robot Offline Teaching Tool. It's a $10.00 word for a program based on Catia V4, and as the name implies, consists of virtual teaching of welding robots. In addition to that, we do physical robot measurements after the line is installed. The CAROTT data is then shifted per the difference between the CAD model and actual physical location. This activity gets the weld points really close, then another team of SEIBI guys come in and fine tune the robots welding program to actual sheet metal, as well as other aspects of robot interaction.
Anyway, sorry for all the rambling.

Glad to be in a Toyota again!
