3rd Generation camry '95 5SE power steering belt

Hello everybody new to posting on forum. Followed different forums from time to time. I've got a '95 5SE camry. I do maintenance as much as i can w/o a lift. Yesterday changed out a/c and alt. belt but had a tough time with power steering belt. Where is adjuster on ps pump. I found and loosened the bracket that it slides on but couldn't find adjuster bolt. There are three bolts above the bracket. Which one is adjuster? Don't want to take apart pump by mistake. Thanks

Not sure if the PS pump has a tension adjuster bolt like the alternator. There are two bolts that hold the PS pump to the engine. The top bolt goes through the PS bracket, then engine mount, then a nut welded to the back of the PS bracket. The bottom bolt goes through an adjusting slot in the PS bracket then bolts to the engine. There also appears to be one bolt between these two that has nothing to do with adjusting the belt.

Snug both down both top and bottom bolts, use a pry bar to get the belt tension. Once done, fully tighten both bolts.
