Question 03 Corolla Rear Door Trim Coming Loose

Dose anyone know how to solve the problem of the rear door trim (attached to body) coming loose. It has pulled away from the body, about 4" long, pressing it back in place causes another section to pull away. It seems like the gasket is too small. Both sides are doing the same thing.
