Canada Just bought an '83 Pickup for $500

Howdy everybody. I just picked up a great old 2wd Toyota pickup. 1983, 22R long bed. More rust than body left, but it only has 109K on the odo. You gotta love Saskatchewan, only 500 bucks.

I'm stoked. I haven't had a Toyota for a while now, and I am excited to get under the hood. She's a 5 speed manual.

I'm hoping someone can help me out with some stuff...
I'm going to change all the fluids, replace the plugs, oil and fuel filter.

What else should I keep an eye out for? I already replaced the tires, but I am unsure about the ball joints. It is also leaking from a rear wheel seal. Is it worth replacing, or should I think about doing the entire rear axle?

Are there any "trouble" spots I should specifically look for? Anything notorious about old pickups that I should know before I start smashing my knuckles?

Anyways, I'm stoked to be here! Can't believe I got such a great deal on my ride. I put new tires on it right away, and it rides like a "dream". I need to put a cd player in so I can rock some Kyuss on my way to work.

Looking forward to meeting some peeps who have similar old Toyota trucks. I'll post some pics once I get it cleaned up.
