I'm the owner of a 2000 Camry LE that, overall, has been an amazing vehicle. Currently, I'm trying to figure out if the 2000 has a cabin filter. The A/C-heater blower sounds muffled, as if leaves or debris are inhibiting air flow, and gets louder when turned higher. Can anyone point me in the right direction? If I sound like a female who has very little knowledge about cars, it's because I am!

If there is a a/c filter it should be behind the glove box. Sometimes the problem could be the ac faan needs replacement. My cars used to make weird sounds and sometimes the fan stops but the air still flows.
