headlights/steering wheel??

hello, i live in the U.K and own a 1999 amazon which i like a lot.
i would like to know if the wood/leather steering wheel from other toyotas/lexus's would fit mine and if anyone can let me know of aftermarket headlights, taillights, and foglights i can look at to spruce mine up and make it look a little different - i like the look of the 'angel-eyes' bmw type headlights but cannot seem to find them for the amazon.
dont get me wrong, the car is in pearl white and looks really lovely, but it looks stock apart from the wheels i managed to change and that too was difficult as the 5 stud fitment seems to be unique.

its refreshing to know that parts SHOULD be aplenty - i'm not sure how much i will benefit from that as i'm in the U.K, but if i can find parts i'm sure geting them here would be the smaller part of the problem.
do you know of how i can get to see whats available - i have been trying but not had much luck or replies.
i will try getting pics done and load them up - i haven't looked round the site very much but i'm sure there's a page that shows owners rides, i'll look.
any ,more help you can give would be nice.
