HELLO from a new member

Hello!
I came here seeking info on the "ECT" button on my 1999 Rav4. I have spent nearly an hour joining the forum, searching all the past posts to see if my question was ever addressed before, and finally posting my question. Then I return to my email to find that I was supposed to post here first. Sorry. I did not know (does anyone else find this site extremely hard to use?).

I posted here first with a tranny question and was totally ignored. But they had links to a manual on the trans so I figured out my problem and posted the results. Someone then posted that if I hadn't posted in the intro section but the gen 3 section, they would have clued me in right away. Go figure! Oh well, great group of people for the most part. Hang in there.
