hey everyone
my name is brian, 20 yrs old and i am from Trinidad (southernmost island in the caribbean, right next to venezuela)



i have been reading the forums a while now and must say this site is beyond awesome.
what i think makes it so awesome is mainly all the reliable and willing ppl here who share their experiences.

and i can tell u for sure that comes in handy for absolute noobs like me when there are so many wrong ways to go...



I am really interested in cars, i want to know everything i can know about them, sadly right now i dont know much.
I just think its so important because everyday millions of ppl drive vehicles and many dont know what is going on inside it.


I dont have my own car yet, but i drive my mom's Sprinter Marino on a dialy basis. At first i really didnt like it at all, i wanted my bro's SR20 powered bluebird, i loved the sound, and how the front raised at full throttle,, but all of that disappeared when i realised how well the sprinter drove for a 100hp automatic, especially past 80 kmh. (i get it to top out 185 kmh)
I always hear about the reliability of Toyotas and to me they sound very promising.

but right now i'll take any car i can get hehehehehe

if it was up to me i would take my uncle's retired k10 and drop something turbos in it.

dont get me wrong tho,, i'm not saying i dont like nissan etc anymore

i just got caught up in the sr20 hype

and never gave this little 4afe engine the credit it deservers.

i mean when i finally broke out the laziness from the engine,, i thought the speedo wasnt working! according to my friends they thought it accelerated to fast after 2nd gear hehehehe
