I bought a 2009 Corolla (automatic transmission) and love it.
I had a 2007 manual Yaris (sedan) just before
Also had a 2006 and 2005 Corolla before that...
Also had a 2002 Corolla and 1990 Corolla before that
Yeah, I love trading cars every year and a half, and love the quality and fuel economy of the Toyotas.
The only thing I didnt like about the manual Yaris was the high RPM on the highway. I didn't like hearing the motor rev at 3400 RPM at 120 km/h.
My 2006 Corolla's RPM at the same speed was about 2800.
One thing that struct me with the 2009 Corolla driving back home on the highway was that the motor was reving at 2500 at 95 km/h, which I find fast compared to my 2006 Corolla.
I hope the RPM wont be over 3000 at 120 km/h
