OH YES , the Celica is hard to beat. I've had 4 of them over the years and I still have an 87 st 5 speed that I put on about 150 miles a day on, it has 205 k miles on it.

Wheww , your car looks great , and with the low miles it will last forever lol.
My 87 is my beater car that I put on about 140 miles a day winter and summer 5 days a week. I change oil and filter every 5k. Like I said it's a 5 speed ( original clutch etc) and gives me 36.5 to 38 mpg.
I also have a 89 Celi that is a automatic with 249 k trouble free miles.....I had to park it because of the rust at the gas tank area , so took it off of the road. Even at 249 k it did not burn oil or smoke. Never had to add oil between oil changes.
They are simply great indeed.
Also had two older Celicas back in the 70's that had the 22 r engines which also were high miles.
Had a Toyota truck.....ran forever.
I just picked up a 2005 Toyota Camry le last week , so I'm a Toyota fan from wayyyyy back.

wow you sure had your share of toyotas haha. i would sure like to have my car last over 100k but since its not "stock" i doubt it would. my white one is stock and i plan on keeping it that way so it will hopefully last a long time.

Well , no reason your cars should not last wellll over 100 k.
The weakest link on these is the timing belt.
The book says 60k or so miles to change it.....I had one pop at 86k miles while in my driveway lol. No damage done.....but if I was on the highway , well I'm sure there would have been damage.
If you change the timing belt , put on a new water pump cuz your right there.
You have alot of smiles and miles left on your Celica.
