'93 Toyota pick-up
Hello! I joined TN when I needed to research an alternator issue. Great info, and saved me a lot of time and money! I am the happy owner of a 1993 Toyota 2wd/4cyl basic pick-up. No power steering, air conditioning, carpet... Just a basic truck. My father gave it to me in 2000 when he was only offered $750.00 on a trade in for a Jeep grand Cherokee. He told the salesman he would rather push it off a cliff than let his dealership get it for $750. Called me and asked if I wanted a free truck... In the 8 years I've owned this truck I've replaced the battery, air cleaner, spark plugs, oil changes, and coolant flush. And 4 tires because they were old. That's it. No rust to be found and 75,000 miles. And I added a cd player. Just a neat little truck. Did I mention it gets 22mpg around town and near 30 on the highway...
