I've been a Toyota owner since 1980. I bought my first Toyota, a Celica, in Dec. 1979. I put 200,000 miles on it before I sold it. The new owner put 150,000 on it before it finally died. I did my own tune-ups, brake rebuilds (master cylinder twice), clutch replacements (rebuilt clutch master cylinder twice and slave cylinder more than half a dozen times) and a host of other things. It was one easy car to work on. My wife bought a 1995 Camry which we traded for a 1999 Seinna van. That is my daily driver! It's dependable. I've had the transmission replaced once on it when my wife did something that she refuses to admit to. That got her a new 2007 Sienna van. My sports car is an 05 Corvette but we won't go there. When it comes to dependability, Toyota is the answer.
