2006 highlander hybrid

Hi everyone, thanks in advance. I a mech. in Ghana and currently working on 2 highlander hybrids. Both came in as damaged vehicles from accidents. One with a tranny problem and the other with a power steering problem. The gears in the tranny are damaged so the owner has ordered a replacement. With the other, the power steering is not receiving any current to operate. Initially i thought it was the motor so swapped it with the one having a tranny problem but it still does not operate. My Actron scanner nor the X431 can't access both vehicles. I am asking if anyone can give any information on the wiring for the power steering and a scanner that can access the vehicles.

Thanks.
