New to Wrenching

Hi everyone. I just bought a 1992 pickup and and slowly making my way around the truck learning as I go. So far so good. It the first car I've owned that I've really worked on myself. I also ride a motorcycle (BMW R1200RT) and find forums like this very useful for boosting your knowledge very quickly. I ran into a problem tonight where I was changing out my water/temp sensor and the aluminum casting where it screws into the engine complete broke off and I don't know what to do. So I posted the question in the truck forum and am hoping for some advice.

Thanks in advance to everyone for their insight.

Ooooh, I want your bike in a bad way. I've had my eye on a 1200RT for a while, but if I'm laying that cash out for a bike I may have to go the Rocket III route. Mmmmmm. Anyway, welcome to the forums. The truck section is no doubt packed with dozens of people that have been through whatever it is you need help with.
