Back in the fold
I'm new to the forum but not to Toyota. My latest acquisition is a project car that I just drove back from the original owner's home in Berkeley, California. I'm in San Juan Capistrano, midway between L.A. and San Diego, so it was a worthy test. The old folks had put fewer than 57K miles on the car but couldn't pass a wall, rock, curb or signpost without getting to know it. As a result, I've got a mechanically very sound and purring 1978 Cressida wagon that looks like a junker. I'll be searching for tons of body parts and trim for this rare wagon, so if you have any tips, please visit my post on the Cressida Forum.
