Question New To Toyota

K, So I ended up with a 92 Toyota Paseo for my first car... for free incidentally lol. its got the 5E-FE 1.5L I do believe with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

To be totally honest.. I love the little thing. Its white.. with no hubcaps.. and the spoiler got tore off. but I love it.
and ive been looking to put a little bit into it.
My father and I are currently planning on turbocharging it.

we have a nice self contained turbocharger and everything sitting in the garage.. and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions, opinions, or just some general knowlege to share with me.

Im looking to get some alright power out of it with not so much cash.

any advice??

What turbocharger is it? When turbocharging an engine, the 1st thing is to make sure all systems(ignition, cooling, lubrication, brakes) are in optimal working order .Then you will need a way to manage the fuel. An intercooler , piping, and larger exhaust will be needed .
