Canada Hi everyone

My name id Dane and I am new here. I am a long time Toyota owner who has been driving Toyotas since, the 80's. I have owned several Corollas and now am the owner.

I have never had any trouble with my Corollas but this new Yaris, even though it's a gem to drive has just presented me with my first problem ever with a Toyota. Yes, unbeleivably a Toyota with a problem. It isn't the car that is the problem but the dealer's refusal to deal with it. I hope someone here can help me. No it's not a "rock chip". I washed it with a hand "wand washer" and the paint just started peeling. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum
Wow! If the the dealer wont take care of it, then either ask for the dealership owner or the General Manager. If you can't find satisfaction there, then write Toyota Corporate office.
When I bought my Spyder, the dealer was suppose to pay sales tax. That was the deal. You have 30 days here to pay the tax and get your license plates. At 28 days, I still hadn't recieved a check for the tax from the dealer. And after several phone calls and finally an ugly arguement with the salesman, I emailed The Toyota Corp. office and they got me immediate action. I got the check, a digital camera and a leather briefcase too-along with an apology.
Best of luck
