2006 Tacoma Prerunner TRD trip meter

I just bought a 2006 Tacoma Prerunner TRD Sport and after much searching on the internet (which is how I found this site) and still not finding an answer I'll ask it here. I can't believe it but I can't find the trip meter or reset on my truck. I live in Maui and had the truck shipped over from Oahu last week. As soon as I got in it I thought it looked like there wasn't a trip meter which I thought was strange. I also noticed the maint reqd light was lite and the outside temp/compass wasn't working. I've now found out how to reset the maint light except as far as I can see there isn't a ODO reset button anywhere. Now that everyone has stopped laughing can somebody tell me where it is? BTW - the truck didn't come with an owners manual or I'd look it up myself.

The Odometer also serves as the trip meters A and B, push the knob one time to switch from odometer to trip meter A, and one more time to trip meter B, and another time back to odometer. To reset the trip meters just hold the knob down when the one you want to reset is displayed. Of course you cannot reset the odometer.

ARRRGH!! Wouldn't you know it! I looked for 3 days for the reset knob and couldn't find it. My wife looked and my neighbor couldn't find it. 10 minutes after I posted this question we pulled out of the garage in bright sunlight and my wife says, "what's that little knob for? The shadows in our garage were just enough to keep us from seeing the small knob on the instrument cluster for reset it. Now if only I could get the cluster to work as easily. Anybody selling rebuilt clusters?
