USA 2007 4runner service requirements?

Hello there. This is my first time in any kind of forum, so not sure what to do. Here is my question: I own a 2007 4runner and it is due for it's 30,000 mile service, but the dealership wants to charge me $700 for the maintenance. I feel that is way too high. I'm kind of ignorant when it comes to vehicles so I was hoping someone could clue me in on what service is absolutely necessary at 30,000 miles. I've taken it to the dealer for the other mileages, but this is just too much. In the dealership's description of what they will do, they utilize the word "inspect" which to me means look at and not touch. The labor seems to be the majority of the cost, 5hrs worth. (so I was told) I don't feel all the steps the dealership's going to take are necessary. Someone please clue me in. Thank you ahead of time.

Inspect the following:
Active height control gas chamber 3
