94 4x4 sdx fuse burnt

i have a 94 toyota. the harness has a problem
i have pulled/disconnect the ecu, coil, signal, alternator and the EFI fuse still blows.

Pull the circuit opening relay, and see if it still blows the fuse, if it doesn't, then you have problem with the fuel pump or the wiring harness to the fuel pump or the diagnostic connector.

A little more information about your truck does help, and posting in the correct forum does too, like the others said.
