USA possible head switch

I Had My Head Gasket Replaced Now I'am Getting Alot Of Noise From The Head. Can Anyone Tell Me How To Tell If The Head Was Switched. Is There A # On It Anywhere

What model/year Toyota is it?
Why did you replace headgasket?
If blown, the head should always be checked for warpage, worn valve guides, valve clearance, valve seals and seats. If this wasn't done, there's a high probability something was missed and there's more damage..

it's a 1992 pickup 22re the gasket was blown. the engine sounds like a diesel. I was thinking that tiis guy switched heads because it did not sound like that before the gasket was changed.
