new member wiith problem

I have a 2003 corolla with about 220k on it ,it is showing no trouble codes ,but the mileage and power seem to have gone south.I have owned it since new and it has been a great car except for some minor issues.would love some suggestions

Do the basic checks first, compression test to see where your engine is at as far as its health is concern. While the plugs are out check to see if they need to be replaced. Then check some of the fuel control sensors' inputs to the ECM; A/F sensor, MAF sensor, etc.
