Cluster changover 91 4wd 5spd
Hello fellow Toyota owners. I owned an 83 SR5 truck for 22 years and can't say enough about the reliability. I recently sold it and purchased a 91 toy V6 4WD. The owner had a 6 gauge cluster but had not installed it so it came with the truck. Question is.... I understand the truck is prewired for the updated cluster and requires just an oil sending unit change. Can you folks tell me if that is the gospel. I did have to remove the plastic cap on the spedo input to make the new cable I purchased work. Thanks Mountainbum
