is there a bench seat for a 96 tacoma 4#4? i have bucket seats and wanting bench seat or is the different years that will fit into mine

Not sure, but you don't have a Tacoma if you have an '87, it's either called a Hilux or just a plain pickup.

sorry put the wrong vehicle in its a 96 tacoma and can that have a bench seat or is there a modification that can make one work for this year.

Most if not all bench and buckets were swappable between the years 9.5-04. AFAIK, there weren't any major modifications to the cab nor the seat brackets between those years. You may want to post your question to the members in our 95.5-04 Taco section as well to get more help. Enjoy the stay in the meantime.
