Hello, there
I have been a loyal Toyota consumer since 1979 when I purchased my 1st Tercel, then a Celica. Now I own a Sienna and a Highlander. I once bought a Chrysler Caravan in order to help the domestic economy in 1990 when the economic situation was in trouble. But that was a mistake, the brand new Chrysler minivan gave me so many problems in the first 2 years that were hard to believe – transmission oil leak, motor oil leak, gave you hot air instead of cool air in summer, tape player got hot as an iron when used over 30 minutes, power window malfunctioned in a rainy day, suspension problem, I wrote to their then chairman many times and got nowhere. Finally, I got ride of it in 2 years. I spread my experience to all my friends and relatives. I helped to steer away more than 50 purchases away from domestic cars. Even my 2 sons learned since, they would not touch a domestic car forever. No wonder, Toyota now is the Number 1 Car Manufacturer in the world.
