Hello World New Girl on the Toyota Scene

hey the name is krissia im pretty new to the car scene.. 1st car was a 1989 toyota cressida im currently a owner of a 2007 toyota corolla but i really do like the 7th generation celica(2000-2005) but unfortunally my search has come to a halt that is why im trying to put an engine swap into my corolla and i need some help! so if anyone can be of any assistance it would be appreciated

welcome to TN! a quick bunch of info for you on the swap..

what type of corolla do you have? LE/S or XRS? LE/S has the 1ZZ engine and the XRS has the 2ZZ engine. Both are shared by the celica. If you want to swap in the 2ZZ, i am assuming you will also need to swap in the 6sp tranny. Its a lot of work, what experience do you have with all that stuff?

well i have the 2007 corolla le.. im actually looking for the 6 speed tranny and i think i found a crashed up celica to salvage the parts from. . and experience wise this is my first project car. . but if i do come across a clean celica thats running well im hopping on that one
