I recently purchased a 2010 Corolla LE as part of the "cash for clunkers" incentive. I traded in a 1985 Camaro IROC-Z with the 305 Tuned Port Injection engine for it. I bought the Camaro new back in 85 and it was a little hard to let it go, especially knowing that they were required to destroy it. Of course all of those feelings have long since disappeared now that I'm getting around 32 mpg around town. I'm not totally new to Toyota as my very first new car was a 78 Toyota Corolla SR5 Sport Coupe. What a great little car. We also currently own a 2005 Lexus RX 330, another great vehicle. While my new Corolla doesn't quite match up with the Camaro in the whole zero to 60 stat, it does zip around pretty well. So far I'm really happy with it and I expect it to serve me very well for many years.
