hello everyone i am matt i own a 1993 mustang 5.0 and a 1986 toyota 4runner i need some help with the 4runner though running into some problems with it... it has the 22re engine obviously the car shifts from 1 to 2nd to overdrive i have no idea why its making me kinda angry and also i would like to know how hard it is to swap trannies from an automatic to a manual just so i can kinda figure it out.... the suspension is lifted a half inch up not to much but its enough i like it...... but ya ill be posting for help for the next year or so id like to fix it up and sell it hopefully.... if anyone knows why it shifts like that please tell me and if u know how to fix it that would be even better

How are you doing? Glad to have you sign up with us on Toyota Nation! I'd recommend doing a search of the 4Runner forum and seeing if there's been a past thread dealing with that issue, if not by all means post a new thread. Lots of good people there ready to lend a hand.
