Hello All

I am new to the TN, but have driven Toyotas for some time. Now for the first time one of these increadible engerning marvels have me trying hard to overcome what I know in the end will turn out to be something realy simple to fix. Hence my 1990 Celica GT that has realy got me stumped. Although this 2.2 normally never misses a beat it now idels extremely rough, and bucks wildly at low speed. As long a you are under acceleration it performs normal, but as soon as you are off the acelerator it wants to die. Any help with this issue will be greatly appriciated. Thanks, Rattler

Welcome to the forums.

Your best bet would be to start a thread in the Celica forum as I'm sure someone in there will know what the problem is. It could be something as simple as a dirty throttle body or IACV.

Best of luck getting it sorted, and I hope you enjoy the site

to Toyota Nation! I agree with what Kiwi said, I'd suggest using the Celica forum's search feature to see if your issue has been covered in past threads, and if not start a new one. Hopefully you'll find your solution.
