FNG to forums and toyota

Hey everyone!!! I have taken on an awesome project for a good friend, a 1970 Hilux pickup that has been stored, under a tarp in a backyard, for 15yrs. Need some help locating parts-if they are still available. Mainly looking for a windshield, dash pad. Ok, stop laughing....I have been a mechanic for 25+ years, I am well aware of the challenges..Just need all your help and knowledge in the parts availability.

Welcome to Toyota Nation, Ethan! Sounds like you've got your work cut out for you getting that Hilux restored. The guys in the Hilux section ought to be able to turn you on to the parts you need. BTW, any pics of the truck in its present state?

Windshields you can find every once and a while but dash pads are impossible. Check out www.toyotaminis.com. Someone on there can probably help with a windshield.
