hi,
my name is Sujono / 32 / M / Jakarta, Indonesia
i have a 1NZ-FE ( Vios ) MT / 2005
i am doing lots of mods and experiments but still couldn't get the most of it.
my mods:
TRD Clutch
TRUST open air
auxiliary intake induction
0.5 oversized pistons
crankshaft & flywheel balancing at 10000rpm
throttle body polishing
APEXI Neo
CamCon

next mods: camshaft ( duration 64 ), i still keeping my original ECU

now i often get the "engine check" light. so i flatted out the AFR setting and reset it again with lower parameter.

link to my project: http://picasaweb.google.com/sujonol78

cheers

sujono

Welcome to the forums, Sujono!

The mods you've done so far sound good, the pictures in the link you posted look great too . I'm sure you'll fit in well here

Enjoy the forums

Welcome aboard! Yap, those mods look OK. Don't forget to tune your suspension. Vios is a very light car compared to recent commuter cars. With your mods plus suspension tuning, it will be a fun to drive car.

thanks guys.

for the suspension, I have changed it to stiffer ones
front suspension = Monroe ( i couldn't remember which type or model )
rear suspension = Tokico gas shocks
I'm still keeping the original springs, because the road condition is not smooth.

it's really fun to drive and the engine is very responsive to the Apexi neo and camcon setting

only i have the engine check problem keeps appearing.
