Noob from St. Pete, Florida

So I just got my license yesterday. Yep, I just turned 16

I'm drivi
ng a 1999 Toyota Avalon XLS with 145,000 miles on the odometer and still running strong.

So I've been lurking these forums for a few months now, learning as much information as possible. But now that the car is now mine, I'll be on here a lot more often.

Oh and one more thing, my family has been a Toyota family since the '80's, having owned a Toyota Pickup (not sure what year but mid to late 80's), an '89 camry, a '94 T-100, a 2000 Celica GT, and a 2006 Tundra Double Cab w/ X-SP package, and soon to be Lexus.

Welcome!!

As TrailDust said, congratulations on getting your license! That's a great accomplishment. The Avalon must be fun to drive, nice and safe too.

Enjoy your new-found freedom

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

Yes, the Avalon is quite fun to drive in my opinion. Very smooth and quiet. Feels very solid and well built.

Yea, that's what I was planning to do.

First mods are going to be interior LED swap, and window tint.

I'll do a photo shoot next time I wash it. I'll try to find a nice quiet place to take pictures, though there aren't many quiet places here in overpopulated Pinellas county.
