Hello!!!! I have problems and I hope you guys can help me!!!

I have a 93 corolla, 93 prizm, 95 corolla 5 speed, and an 04 corolla s. I tried doing a motor and tranny swap in the 93's and I have ran into a major problem. It wont shift now. One is a 3 speed and the prizm is a 4 speed. Will this ever work. I posted a thread in the topics on the 7th gen corollas. Please help guys. I like the looks of this site and hope I can find help. Everyone around here laughs when I tell them what I have done. It is driving me crazy. I am in Kentucky. Great to me you all and glad to have found such an informative website.
