Talking Somewhat longtime Owner, but new to the forum from NH

So I have owned my 99 camry now for quite awhile, drove it most of the way through high school. I have peeked on this forums before, but never joined cause I always had other cars. I had a vr6 passat on the side first, then an mx-3, and currently a miata. I am selling the miata in a few days though so I can save my cash for hopefully an rx8. I decided Im gonna mess around with the "winter beater" a bit and have some fun with it. I already have 2 different 17" rims that are going to be on it, given to me by a buddy. And I dont know what else Im gonna do, might do exhaust and intake along with getting new suspension. I am much more about performance than looks, but since its a 4 cyl auto, so I cant really do much. I also love corners much more than straights. Just wanted to say and I should have pics up on Thursday when I get the car registered again and put the 17"s on. By the way any suggestions for after market on this beast. Its going to need struts and brakes soon Im thinking.

Except for suspension mods, not alot out there in the aftermarket for engine upgrades. At ones that don't require major modifications and money.
The guys in the Camry section can elaborate more.
Welcome to the forum.

to Toyota Nation!

Check out our Camry forums, there's an abundance of information in there regarding modifications.

Happy motoring!
