I just bought a 1977 Landcruiser FJ40. I found this forum while searching for some advice on a problem I'm having with the taillights. Even when the FJ is turned off and the lights are off, the taillights remain on. Anyone know anything on this? I look forward to exchanging ideas here. Thanks!

If so, check you brake light switch located at the top of the brake pedal. The guys in the FJ section can elaborate further.
